REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At COOL J’S, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30‑DAY RETURN POLICY
You may return eligible items only within 30 days of delivery for a refund, Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, all returned items must:
- Be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original tags, accessories, and manufacturer packaging
- Have prior return approval
- Include your Order Number
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee:
Minimum 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (maximum $15 per item).
* Returns must be physically received before a refund is issued.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring successful return delivery.
* We are not liable for lost return shipments without proof of delivery to COOL J’S - RETURNS DEPARTMENT.

NON‑ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or wear. Shoes with any visible wear are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If a returned item is worn, damaged, or missing packaging, you may choose to:
- Have the item returned to you at your expense, or
- Proceed with the return and accept an additional restocking fee (not to exceed the item’s purchase price)
Damaged or missing original manufacturer packaging may result in denied returns or added fees.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at email@cooljsonline.com to receive return approval.
You may return items in one of two ways:
- In person (with prior authorization) at our 20th Street location
- By mail to our Returns Department (address below)
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.
Return Shipping Labels:
Provided only if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item has a manufacturer defect
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on item.

REFUND TIMELINES
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days (card‑linked PayPal payments may take longer)
- Shop Pay: 2-7 business days
- Other payment methods: varies by provider
If the item you want is no longer available, you will receive a refund instead.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
- Average transit time to our facility: 5–6 business days
- Processing may be delayed during holidays, back‑to‑school season, severe weather, or operational surges

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked SALE PAGE are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or combined with other discounts.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed to the correct address.
If your package is missing:
- File a claim with USPS or UPS (based on your shipment method)
- Report the incident to your local police department

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to process.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

EXCHANGES (NOW AVAILABLE!)
We now offer exchanges for eligible items.
How exchanges work:
- Contact us for exchange approval
- Send the original item back in unworn, original condition
- Once inspected and approved, we will ship out the requested replacement item
If the exchange item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
Note: Items showing wear or damage are not eligible for exchange.
