IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

A flat shipping fee applies to each order, starting at $8.
Final shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs based on the number, size, and weight of items in your order. We strive to keep shipping fair and transparent for all customers. - Processing time: 1-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after the order has shipped (not from the date of purchase).
- Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, if your package shipped via USPS.
- We currently ship within the USA only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories.
- Important: For security and policy reasons, orders cannot be sent to third-party logistics or delivery agents, forwarding companies, or warehouse hubs.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order is successfully processed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
- A street address is required for delivery. For apartment buildings, please include the unit number and ensure building access is available.
- Providing a valid email and phone number is essential for communication and delivery updates.
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
TRACKING & DELAYS
In some cases, your tracking status may show:
“Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item”
(This means the package has left our warehouse but has not yet been scanned by the carrier.) In such cases, please allow up to 30 days for delivery before requesting a refund.
RESPONSIBILITY & DELIVERY ISSUES
- Cool J’s is not responsible for stolen or unclaimed packages once marked as DELIVERED by the carrier.
- We strongly recommend that you closely monitor your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping is not free, unless:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- The product has manufacturers defect
